WHAT WE DID FOR JW360º FOR 2 YEARS
As a new brand entering the market, JW360° had to build a social presence in order to not only brand itself but also to drive more footfalls to its store during the height of the pandemic. This was especially important during the COVID-19 crisis as the Japanese brand’s target audience shifted to one that was fully local.
We helped to create BAU content on Instagram, produced ad assets, and helped run the media buys behind the ads targeted at getting online sales. We also convinced the client to hop onboard TikTok, helping the brand grow on the platform as one of the first local F&B brands on the page.

We created a mix of trend, campaign, and BAU content that helped drive both brand and product awareness among the younger audiences. We also helped JW360º Cafe’s new crepe menu reach virality with pure organic content, with a single video reaching over 130k views on the platform.
